Expect nothing ; appreciate everything..

#InnerRelationshipWithYourself❤️

What is a poison? We all know, a substance that cause harm to our body (probably death due to chemical reactions in the body). So, its a biological science. But what about your mind? Have you ever thought about what are the poisonous things for your mind? You will find “expectations” are on the top of the list.

We love our family, friends. We treat them like special ones. & We expect the same thing from them, which is absolutely fine. But that person can’t love you back exactly the way you love them because you both are completely different personalities. Every person has a different way to express their emotions. & That doesn’t mean they don’t love you back.

Love creates expectations, expectations create heartbreaks, heartbreaks create the pain & ultimately we consider Love = Pain. But its not true. Love is very natural & pain is what we create by our own thoughts.

If you feel bad because of something or someone, its ok. Let it go. & Think “why someone else should have the control on my happiness/sadness?” Expectations can create misunderstandings & even can kill your beautiful relationships.

If you really want to expect something, expect it from yourself. Don’t be dependent on someone for your happiness. Make small goals for working on your expectations. & Try to achieve them.

For that, first start to love, respect & complement yourself. Forgive yourself for the silly mistakes which you have done before. Don’t dwell in the past & don’t overthink about the future. Take a breath. Live in present. Feel the each beat of your heart.

For your every single small achievement, appreciate yourself, clap for yourself. Accept the things as the way they are. & Be happy with whatever you get. Feel satisfied. Because satisfaction is an extreme happiness. Satisfaction is an ecstasy.

When you expect nothing from others, you will start to appreciate every little thing & everyone. Be thankful for every good & bad things. So, no other person can hurt you. At last, you will find a true, selfless & unconditional love for every person in your life.❤️
